Priceline Pharmacy is one of Australia's leading health and beauty retailers, with more than 470 stores nationally and is part of the Wesfarmers Health portfolio. We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join the Marketing team at its CBD Support Office.

This is an integral role, providing support across Priceline social media channels, acting as the online voice of the brand, engaging with our audience and producing engaging, on-brand content across social channels.

Reporting to the Social Media Manager, you are a voracious consumer of content yourself across all different platforms. You will have the capability to resolve queries and provide high levels of customer service, while managing time and prioritising trending issues with relevant stakeholders. You love a fast-paced environment, have your finger on the pulse and importantly, you’re a collaborative team-player ready to take our socials to the next level

**The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Support the day-to-day proactive and reactive management of Priceline’s social channels
- Act as the online “voice of Priceline” being the main point of contact for the brand on social media - actively responding to queries, comments and posts Priceline are tagged in online
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to innovate and drive social growth and community engagement
- Producing social media content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest
- Copywriting, scheduling and posting in-feed and story content
- Support the execution of paid advertising together with external agency partners with support from the Social Media Manager
- Assist in capturing and re-sharing user-generated content (UGC)
- Contribute to the development of future social media marketing strategies and initiatives with the Social Media Manager
- Monitor, measure, analyse and report on social media and marketing activities
- Access internal systems to help customers and respond to issues or enquiries together with the Customer Service team, and escalate to the relevant manager where required

- 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in a social media team representing a brand
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write and produce content in the Priceline tone of voice
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience creating social media content including taking photos and filming video content, editing and posting highly desirable
- Good work ethic, enthusiasm and keen to learn
- Ability to empathise with customers and support them to a resolution where possible
- A positive and collaborative team player attitude, willing to help others in the team
- Marketing or Communications degree preferred, but not essential
