Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Amazon Account Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Amazon account, including product listings, pricing, availability, and content updates.
  • Content Optimisation: Develop and optimise Amazon product pages using SEO best practices, A+ content, high-quality images, and video content.
  • Amazon Marketing & Promotions: Manage the promotional calendar in alignment with sales and trade marketing initiatives. Plan and execute strategies to boost visibility and conversion, improving performance within the Amazon algorithm.
  • Performance Analysis & Strategy: Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) for Amazon sales, share regular business reviews, and propose actionable plans to drive growth and profitability.
  • Advertising & Campaign Management: Plan and implement advertising campaigns using Amazon tools (e.g., Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands). Monitor performance and optimise campaigns based on data-driven insights.
  • Creative Asset Development: Design advertising and content assets using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or InDesign, ensuring brand consistency across product pages and brand stores.
  • Design Software Proficiency: Advanced level proficiency in design software including Canva, Photoshop, or InDesign is required.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth processing of Amazon orders, including documentation, fulfilment, and dispute resolution.
  • eCommerce Platform Management: Maintain product and brand pages across other online retail and marketplace platforms, ensuring up-to-date, engaging, and on-brand content.
  • Platform Management Experience: Minimum 2 years of eCommerce platform management experience is required.
  • Marketplace Expansion: Manage existing marketplace accounts and identify opportunities for expansion into new platforms to grow the brand's online footprint.
  • Strategic Planning & Innovation: Develop and implement new strategies to meet eCommerce growth targets and enhance brand performance in a competitive online environment.
  • Sales Data Analysis: Interpret scan and other sales data to understand market dynamics, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to support the sales team.
  • Global Alignment: Maintain strong communication with global counterparts to share best practices, insights, and updates, ensuring alignment with broader brand and eCommerce goals.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in marketing, Business or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience managing Amazon.
  • Min 2 years' experience in a sales-related role.
  • ln tune with new e-business trends, best practices, and tools.
  • Above average IT / computer skills (especially PPT and Excel)
  • Knowledge of photoshop, InDesign or Canva an advantage
  • Strong rigor and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations
  • Commercial acumen (strong grasp of P&L and other financial metrics)
  • Amazon vendor central experience
