**The important role you’ll play**

Key responsibilities will focus on:

- Implementing the leadership framework for all levels of leadership, including development solutions to sustainably build leadership and management capability
- Developing and implement a listening framework to build an engaged workforce
- Build and maintain effective relationship with internal stakeholders to ensure engagement, involvement and buy in of solutions and initiatives
- Develop and execute against agreed scope, project plans

**What you'll bring to the role**

You will enjoy working in and leading a collaborative team environment and possess the following key attributes:

- Tertiary qualification in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline
- Certificate 1V Training and Assessment (desirable)
- Proven experience working in Leadership and Management capability development in a large, complex multi site organization
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing listening frameworks
- Proven ability to drive and influence change within client base
- Experience with LMS, content creation, principles of adult learning and on-line, blended learning
- Strategic thinker with a demonstrated constructive and collaborative influencing style, superior influencing skills
- Change Management - Experience in managing and leading through change and project managing new strategic initiatives from implementation through to conclusion
- Action Orientation - Results driven, works with a sense of urgency, highly motivated and energetic and consistently maintains productivity
- Planning & Organising - Exceptional time management and organisational skills with an 'eye for detail', flexible and responsive, establishes priorities, ability to juggle multiple tasks and work to deadlines
