About the Role

Based at our Kemps Creek plant, you'll be the go-to person for all things admin . Supporting the Plant Operations team and reporting to the Service Centre Manager, you'll help keep everything running smoothly across finance, purchasing, payroll, and safety systems.

Key Responsibilities

- All-round admin support for the plant team 

- Timesheet coordination & payroll data entry  

- Purchasing (PPE, uniforms, stationery, etc.) 

- Support for safety & environmental systems 

- Accounts payable & inventory reconciliation 

- Office coordination & record management 

What You'll Bring

- Previous admin experience (industrial environment a plus) 

- Strong MS Office skills; SAP experience ideal 

- Great communication & relationship-building skills 

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail

- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
