**Job description**
We are looking for a team player who is energetic, switched-on and committed to taking full responsibility over the role.
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Current driver’s license and vehicle to get to office in Kemps Creek.
- Willingness to take full responsibility for the role.
- Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Work autonomously and closely with the managing director.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Marketing experience desired but not necessary.
- Diligent, precise and with a strong attention to detail.
- Good people and communications skills.
- Ability to prioritise workloads.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Manage the electricians/apprentices wages, tafe paperwork/enquiries, grants etc.
- Schedule jobs.
- Answer phone calls and liaise with customers and suppliers.
- Familiar with Xero accounting software or similar (will train the right applicant).
- Create projects, quotes, invoices, purchase orders through Xero.
- Enter all costs (supplier invoices, fuel receipts, monthly expenses).
- Reconcile accounts.
- Reports through Xero as requested.
- General adhoc duties, filing etc.

**Salary**: $21.17 - $35.00 per hour
