About Us

We are a growing heavy vehicle transport company based in Kemps Creek, NSW, specialising in liquid bulk transport as well as general freight services. Our focus is on providing reliable, safe, and compliant transport solutions across Sydney and regional NSW. Safety and regulatory compliance are at the core of everything we do, and we are seeking an organised and motivated Office Assistant / Administration professional to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • General office administration including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Assisting with scheduling, job bookings, and driver allocations
  • Preparing and processing invoices, purchase orders, and other accounts-related tasks
  • Answering phones, responding to emails, and providing customer service support
  • Maintaining compliance records, including licensing, registrations, fatigue management, and safety documentation
  • Assisting management with audits, NHVAS/CoR requirements, and document preparation
  • Supporting management with day-to-day administrative tasks

About You

  • Previous experience in administration or office support (transport/logistics industry highly regarded)
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, Excel, email, and scheduling systems)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements in transport (Chain of Responsibility, fatigue management, NHVAS, or liquid bulk transport compliance) desirable
