Generous Salary and bonus - Hybrid model - generous clothing allowance **ROLE** Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position is responsible for the management and support of our International Wholesale Agency alongside managing all Domestic Australian accounts in house. With a focus on maintenance & growth of current accounts as well as driving new business opportunities, you will be responsible for sales and budget strategy, account management as well as supporting logistics and finance with a hands on approach. You will be working collaboratively with design, production & marketing to ensure product opportunities, digital/physical marketing activations & margins are maximised. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Lead sales campaigns, present the collection to our agency and assist domestic buyers with product selection tailored to buyer profiles & region’s Manage & closely support all current domestic wholesale accounts from initial contact, appointments & communication Manage, drive, motivate and assist the International Agency Manage International costings across all regions and currencies ensuring margin is maintained. Setting and meeting seasonal Budgets for the agency and also all domestic accounts Working closely on seasonal range development for your wholesale business and agency needs to meet customer growth Understand International export and logistics Travel to provide training in key stores and cities, providing detailed reports on each trip to further develop the businesses understanding of these locations Negotiate with wholesale partners to ensure we achieve the best terms possible Manage both JOOR and wholesale website and ensure company systems are setup correctly for wholesale and closely manage to make sure all details are always up to date Receive all orders and enter into systems without error & within the agreed time frame Proactively work with production, logistics & finance to ensure smooth follow through on account management, prompt payments &; that stock is delivered within the window Work with stores to maximise sell through throughout the season **MARKETING** Identify & execute key marketing opportunities with stockists including pop-ups, events, windows, exclusives, GWP’s & digital placements to maximise long term brand growth and short-term ROI on these investments Monitor wholesale partner websites to ensure correct imagery, information & pricing is being used **BUDGETING, FORECASTING, REPORTING** Analyse, forecast & project seasonal/annual sales targets with General Manager and Finance to ensure targets are met Report on seasonal deliveries both inbound & outbound weekly to Finance Provide detailed end of season reports on sales and product as well as being a strong voice in future range planning discussions Report on sell through reports from key accounts weekly to ensure healthy business with our partners **MARKET TRENDS & COMPETITION** Conduct regular global market analysis and report findings to team & management to identify new business opportunities **EXPERIENCE / PROFILE** 3-5 years in a similar role Strong fashion wholesale experience, international experience a plus Ability to work in a faced paced environment & be adaptable to moving parts Negotiation and analytical skills Commercially minded Ability to prioritise tasks Ability to build relationships & network Availability to travel regularly Able to work across global time zones when needed Self-disciplined, highly motivated & passionate Proficiency with English written & verbal Proficiency with excel
