**Purpose**: Provide high-level administrative support to the internal team, distributors, and wholesale customers

**Key Accountabilities**:

- **Account Management**:

- Administer Australian and New Zealand accounts.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers and sales reps.
- Liaise with agents to provide critical business information.
- **Sales Order Management**:

- Manage daily sales order processing, including allocation, order accuracy, and financial reconciliation.
- Ensure accurate stock management and improved fulfillment rates.
- Monitor and manage inbound replenishment orders and connection requests.
- Schedule shipments and provide order confirmations to accounts.
- **Customer Service**:

- Deliver efficient and supportive customer service.
- Enhance communication with partners by providing relevant business information.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and escalate as needed.
- Monitor the customer service inbox and phone line.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with Cin7 or similar ERP systems.
- Experience with JOOR or similar B2B order platforms.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
