**Bakery Factory & Wholesale Manager**

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Bakery Factory & Wholesale Manager to oversee our bakery operations. As the Bakery Factory & Wholesale Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the bakery factory, including bakery wholesale and retail operations. Your expertise in bakery factory management and business development will be instrumental in driving growth and ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations.

**Responsibilities**:
Bakery Factory Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bakery factory, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.

Bakery Wholesale and Retail Management: Manage and optimize bakery wholesale and retail operations, including pricing, inventory management, and product placement to maximize profitability.

Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to expand the bakery wholesale business. Leverage your industry network to establish new partnerships, supermarkets, export overseas and distribution channels.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the bakery factory team, including bakers, production staff, and sales personnel, to achieve production targets and sales goals.

Quality Assurance: Maintain consistent product quality and taste by implementing rigorous quality control measures and overseeing product testing.

Cost Management: Monitor production costs, raw material expenses, and overheads to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, food safety standards, and health codes.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer trends, demands, and opportunities for new products.

Supply Chain Management: Oversee the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and manage vendor relationships.

Budgeting and Reporting: Prepare budgets, track expenses, and generate regular reports on factory performance and sales.
