As our Executive Assistant reporting to the Group Chief Technology & Innovation Officer (CIO), you will provide high level efficient, confidential and comprehensive executive support to the IT Leadership team.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will be at the centre of it all, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Group Technology and Innovation team’s office so that they in turn can support and meet the demands and needs of our growing business.

Please note this is a contract position until February 2025 after which there may be a permanent opportunity.

**A few of your responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and facilitate meetings and activities for the Casino IT team, including calendar management, arranging catering, arranging video conference & teleconference equipment
- Prepare departmental communications and coordinate activities (i.e. meetings, workshops, steering committees, etc)
- Arrange travel for CIO and ensure the IT team bookings are made in accordance with required timeframes
- Complete and submit expense reports, process invoices and track purchasing requests for Casino IT day-to-day items
- Coordinate recruitment including forms, files, equipment and welcoming new employees on commencement
- Work with IT Casino Finance and Commercial team on best practices and process improvement
- Maintain Travel Register ensuring all travel costs are included and reconciled with invoices
- Organise and distribute materials required for meeting preparation, including reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, and action items

**What we are looking for**:

- Comprehensive skills/knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
- Capability to work unsupervised and juggle multiple tasks
- Strong organisational skills
- Displays a sense of urgency, yet possesses an eye for detail
