Join Maxima and complete a traineeship at NAB Bank at their Naarm (Melbourne) CBD location as a Junior Analyst Support.

**The Role**:
This traineeship will see you working as part of the Operational Support & Performance team, providing administrative support for all client lending assessments. You will ensure that all compliance and verification of client information is to a high standard and that customers receive exceptional customer service.

You will be working full-time across Monday to Friday, getting paid to gain industry experience, whilst studying towards a nationally accredited **Certificate III in Business**.

**Duties Include**:

- Respond to customer enquiries
- Use of industry software and systems
- Review files and flag issues with relevant party
- Update and maintain client files
- Document processing and management (e.g. filing, scanning, mailing)
- Additional administrative duties as required

**About You**:

- Passionate about providing quality customer service
- A proactive attitude and takes initiative
- Ability to work well under pressure
- High attention to detail
- Have good written and verbal communication skills
- Sound knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Office
