**Your new role**
The primary purpose of this role is to provide administrative and customer service support to ensure all business, personal and prospective customers receive the highest level of quality and professional service when providing information and / or resolving customer enquiries. Enquiries can be general or specific to any National’s personal and business products or services. Identify quality opportunities by uncovering current and future customer needs and referring to the correct specialist area. Be available to assist other segments if required.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the below:

- Lodging details into NAB system to generate audit certificates
- To provide existing customers and prospects with correct information regarding national products and services including their options
- A strong focus on 1st call resolution and availability to talk to customers when scheduled.
- Input of customer details, activities and opportunities into the Siebel system to maintain a roust CRM system.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take initiatives
- Basic computer literacy skills and knowledge (i.e. experience in using TEAMS, Gmail accounts and Outlook)
- Ideally have a basic understanding of business structures (i.e. trust, company, sole trader)
- Attention to details and data entry experience
- Customer service experience
