Position: First Nations Business Traineeship 
This is a contract opportunity: 12 months full-time | Paid Traineeship | Certificate III in Business

MEGT is partnering with NAB to offer an exciting 12-month First Nations Business Traineeship This program will give you the chance to learn the ins and outs of Business and Finance, while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.

What You'll Do
As a First Nations Business Trainee your duties will include (but not limited to):
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email and face to face
 - Engage in needs-based conversations and educating customers on several aspects of finance
 - Build Rapport and credibility with customers, Clearly articulate digital options available for customers, resolving initial enquiries and directing matters to internal stakeholders if required
 - Work in a busy call center environment answering calls, digital filing, data entry and maintaining internal database systems
 
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
 - High attention to detail, ability to multitask and strong problem-solving skills
 - A team player who takes initiative, has an enthusiastic attitude, and is reliable and punctual
 - Previous customer service, admin/reception, or data entry experience (highly regarded)
 - Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander (essential)
 - Ability to pass a National Police Check (essential)
