**Partnerships Manager **to develop and foster relationships with advertising and marketing agencies. You will use your business development and account management skills to nurture profitable relationships with agencies across the Australia, Singapore and South Africa territory.

The company boasts a client list consisting of some of the largest global brands as well as individual creatives; they offer a range of solutions within the design space. This hire will build the foundation of this team in their growing Australian territory offering excellent opportunities for long-term career advancement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of high-value clients. Understand their business needs, anticipate challenges, and proactively address them.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for client accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and recommending innovative solutions that align with their goals.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Oversee the successful execution of client projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Collaborate with project teams to ensure client objectives are met.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights to clients and help them stay ahead of the curve.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, design, and development, to ensure client needs are met and projects are executed seamlessly.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of agency services, using data and analytics to measure and report on key performance indicators.
- Experience gained in an agency background would be a real advantage - Account Management experience or experience selling solutions to agencies would be ideal
- Exceptional client relationship management skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales and consulting plans
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities
- A results-driven, proactive, and collaborative work ethic who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
