This role will be well suited to a HR Business partner with experience in change and transformation looking for their next opportunity. You will have experience in leading and improving processes for a complex organisation plus experience coaching and guiding leaders with employee performance and improvement plans.

**This role will be instrumental in providing HR support and advice across the business. Partnering with senior stakeholders your key responsibilities will include**:

- Contribute to the design and implementation of relevant HR Services
- Partner closely with key senior stakeholders on all HR related matters.
- Manage a team of HR professionals to deliver on key HR objectives
- Provide timely and practical HR advice across all areas of the business and to key stakeholder groups
- Review and update current policy and procedures to ensure best practice
- Extensive expertise in generalist HR consulting with ER/IR
- Proven ability to build respectful relationships with employees at all levels
- Hold appropriate tertiary qualifications in HR or Business
- Be up to date with contemporary HR practices
- Demonstrated experience leading a team

In addition to your strong generalist skills, you will enjoy working in a high performing, collaborative team. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills and have a solutions focused approach to your work.
