Contract opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner

**Your new role**

You will be supporting the organisation in all aspects of operational HR by providing effective technical advice in all areas of HR Management. The HR Business Partner will form strong relationships across the organisation and will partner with business units to develop and implement HR initiatives that supportive an inclusive and engaging culture. The HR Business Partner will also be required to undertake and support various ER and HR projects.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful for this role, you will ideally hold a qualification in HR and have comprehensive experience in a similar role. You'll have significant experience in interpreting awards, enterprise agreements, policies and procedures and providing advice to employees. You must also have demonstrated competence in conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills. It will be beneficial to have experience in data analysis, systems implementation, and continuous business improvement.
