Following a recent review of the HR and SHEQ structure for Australia, a few internal progression opportunities have led to a newly created HR Business Partner role to support business growth. The HR Business Partner will have a dedicated portfolio and will be responsible for working with operational leaders to support the company maintain best practice, compliance and be the trusted advisor for the full HR employee lifecycle. This is a truly generalist role and a unique opportunity to further enhance your skills across a broad spectrum, working closely with stakeholders to support effective development, attraction, retention and everyday HR functions.
