Join our team of intelligent and collaborative Changemakers and make your mark on tomorrow In this role, you’ll work with **the Regional Executive - Major Projects (WA&SA), **WSP EA’s/TA’s and **Wider Major projects group **as **a Major Projects Administration Assistant in our Perth office.**
You will develop your future ready skills in communication and administration to support the Transport, Advisory, and Water Major Project Team. This is your chance to make an impact **by supporting the delivery of city-building infrastructure projects in Perth, Adelaide, and the surrounding areas**.**

**Transport, Advisory, and Water**
Our Transport, Advisory, and Water team leverages the latest technology and a culture of innovation across the planning, design, and management disciplines to deliver connectivity, mobility, and resiliency to Australian communities.
Our recent Major Projects include the Causeway Pedestrian Bridge, Westport Integrated Design, and Armadale Level Crossing Removals, with many more on the horizon.
**What you’ll do**:
- Diary, contacts and inbox management where appropriate for Senior Management.
- Arrange, participate and contribute in business support meetings and development activities.
- Travel management (including flights, hotels, cars etc) and ensure the appropriate approval is obtained whilst following the company’s Travel Guidelines.
- Project management support for our Major Projects, including record keeping, progress updates, and meeting minutes
- Coordination of regular communication and open discussions between the Team Administrators and yourself with the aim of working as a team supporting each other at all times.
- Visa reconciliation and expense claims for Senior Management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with EAs/TAs across the business nationally.
- Comply with all role-specific SHEQ obligations.
**About you**:
- A Diploma of Business Administration (or equivalent).
- Solid experience gained in a corporate environment.
- High level of computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), with advanced word processing and graphics as required using appropriate templates and formatting.
- An ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Good people and communication skills.
- Experience providing executive support and administrative services in a fast-paced professional services environment.
- Outstanding office management and organisational skills, with the ability to organise priorities to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to prepare professional documentation and liaise with and build relationships at all levels.
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as being able to exercise substantial levels of independence, judgement and initiative.
- A collaborative and flexible approach to work, with an ability to accommodate varying work styles, provide services to Executives when they are on and off-site and adapt to changing priorities as required.
- An approachable workstyle and a willingness to take on challenges in support of team goals.
- Exceeds client’s (internal and external) and Senior Management’s expectations.
