Perth, Western Australia UGL - Projects - Utilities Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

UGL's Utilities business designs, constructs, and maintains essential infrastructure across the power and water sectors. We're currently delivering a major Western Power project in Neerabup and are seeking a proactive and organised Project Administrator to join our site team.

This is a full-time permanent role working 55 hours per week (10 hrs Mon–Fri + 5 hrs Sat as required), offering an attractive salary with a 15% uplift on base.

The Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll be the go-to person for all things admin on site contributing to the smooth running of daily operations. You'll support the project team with:

  • SAP input and maintenance of purchase orders, goods receipting, journals and queries
  • Managing training matrix and booking inductions/training
  • Receipting invoices and coordinating deliveries
  • Taking meeting minutes and preparing reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Organising site events (yes, including BBQs)
  • Managing subcontractor site access
  • General office support and documentation management

About You

You're a confident multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced site environment. You bring:

  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with SAP (highly regarded)
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and team spirit
  • Previous experience in a similar site-based admin role
