Project Administrator – Civil Construction (Subdivisions)

Perth, WA

Full-time or Part-time | Immediate Start

BOS Civil is a WA-based civil contractor delivering high-quality land development and infrastructure projects across the Perth metro area. We're seeking a motivated and experienced Project Administrator to support our Project Managers and Site Supervisors on subdivision projects.

This role will see you supporting 1–2 projects at a time, depending on project size, and will require flexibility to travel between active sites as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to Project and Site teams.
  • Manage documentation including QA records, dockets, timesheets, and purchase orders.
  • Maintain JobPac entry, cost tracking, and project reporting.
  • Assist with subcontractor coordination, onboarding, and compliance.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Uphold company processes relating to safety, quality, and reporting.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in JobPac or similar project administration software (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in civil construction administration, ideally subdivisions.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical.
  • Willingness to travel between 1–2 sites within the Perth metro area.
  • A team player with initiative and the drive to progress within the business.
