About the Role

This mid-level role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in contract administration and a working understanding of project management. You'll be responsible for managing contracts throughout the project lifecycle, supporting project teams, and ensuring compliance and efficiency in all contractual dealings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and manage contracts and associated documentation
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with terms
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to support project delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting systems
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating contractual risks
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve contract issues

What You'll Bring

  • 3–5 years' experience in contract administration
  • Exposure to project environments and understanding of project management principles
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management tools
  • Qualifications in construction management or similar
