**About the Business**
Business Improvement and Technology is responsible for enabling the department and its operations to deliver its services through the provision and governance of information management, systems, data and technology. Their goal is to provide our employees with the tools they need to do their jobs effectively while making it simpler for the community to access the information they need.

**Role Details**
The ICT Access Officer is a role within Business Improvement and Technology and is accountable to the Team Leader, ICT Customer Support for:

- supporting staff and the business through the delivery of client focused fit for purpose systems and processes, which are underpinned by Service level agreements and the ITIL framework
- providing professional and efficient support to all ICT Systems and employees
- assisting with ICT administrative tasks, and monitoring activities.

**Special Conditions**
- National Police Check required
- Some out of hours work may be required
- Some interstate and intrastate travel may be required
- Must hold a current Australian issued driver’s licence (equivalent to minimum class C).

**Salary**: $67,589-$72,033
