A 6-month contract for an ICT Support Officer role for a SA Government department based in Adelaide.

This SA Government Department is based in Adelaide and they are in the lookout for ICT Support officer to join their team at multiple sites at surrounding suburbs of Adelaide.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Senior ICT Support Officer, the ICT Support Officer will be responsible to deliver, Administer and improve a range of project administration and change management duties in order to enhance the ICT Infrastructure services delivered to all sites of this department.
- Coordinate and undertake a range of project administration activities to support the ICT Business Engagement team which contribute to the consistent and secure operation of the department's ICT network infrastructure and services across all sites.
- Contribute to the project delivery for ICT infrastructure and network remediation for sites by undertaking ICT administration and curriculum network infrastructure and systems related projects, audits, review and research including hardware installation, configuration, and clear, concise reporting.
- Provide responsive information, support and technical advice to internal and external stakeholders to maximize the use and understanding of the Department's ICT infrastructure and services.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to maintain collaborative relationships
with stakeholders and staff, deal with a range of issues and prepare and deliver effective written
documentation.
- Experience in learning new technologies and tools efficiently and supporting, and/or undertaking
infrastructure and network changes, projects and initiatives.
- Experience in supporting the delivery of quality ICT network services, practices and technologies
within Microsoft environment, advice, projects and policies.
- Experience in providing high quality customer service in an ICT environment, maintaining a range
functionality and implementation approaches.
- Knowledge of ICT infrastructure (server and desktop hardware, network peripherals, mobile
devices etc.), TCP/IP, networking and information system security principles, practice and
technologies within a Microsoft technologies environment, particularly in all sites.
