Program Coordinator

Rare opportunity for an experienced program level coordinator who is seeking to enhance their career. Joining a reputable leader within the healthcare sector, you will work amongst some of the very best IT leaders in the country as they embark on a high profile program. This role suits a self starter who embraces new challenges and providing effective support to a diverse range of stakeholders including senior management. You will bring previous experience in establishing, implementing and monitoring program dependencies, ensuring that processes meet best practice and PMO methodology. Working in a collaborative team environment, you will demonstrate a positive outlook and ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with individuals in a complex ecosystem.
**To be considered you will demonstrate the following skills / experience**:
- Previous program coordination experience ideally in an enterprise organisation. Healthcare experience is desirable
- Understanding of various project methodologies including PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK
- Strong ability to navigate large, complex stakeholder environments
- Strong analytical, time management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to motivate and influence people at all levels of an organisation
