About the role  

Reporting to the Leadership and Mentoring Programs Lead, you'll coordinate logistics, communications, and administration for the Leadership & Mentoring Programs, working with internal teams, speakers, and participants to ensure smooth delivery and improvement.

As our Program Coordinator (Leadership Development), you'll also:  

  • Coordinate logistics and delivery of leadership and mentoring events
  • Manage program communications, resources, and marketing support
  • Administer registrations, speaker liaison, invoicing, and CPD tracking
  • Support design development, program evaluation and continuous improvement activities

Skills & Experience

  • Strong coordination and event management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage timelines and competing priorities
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders
