This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 1, 2026

East Victoria Park Education Support Centre (EVPESC) is deeply committed to providing an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment for students. East Victoria Park Education Support Centre is seeking a passionate and skilled Program Coordinator to join our leadership team. This is a key leadership position with responsibility for coordinating curriculum programs and supporting high-quality teaching and learning across the school.

The Role

The successful applicant will ideally work closely with the Principal and Leadership team to shape and promote the school’s vision and values, drive evidence-based practices, and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of whole-school programs.
- Oversee and support the use of assessment tools.
- Use assessment data to inform whole-school planning and individualised teaching strategies.
- Support staff capacity through collaborative planning and delivery of whole-school programs.
- Build staff capability through coaching, modelling, mentoring, and professional learning.

Essential Knowledge and Experience

- Strong understanding and practical experience with the Western Australian Curriculum.
- A deep knowledge of and commitment to inclusive education.
- Proven experience in the use of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems.
- Capacity to lead and implement evidence-based programs.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
