**Location of work - NSW, VIC**

**Working arrangements - Hybrid - Hybrid working arrangement, potential in office days for workshops/meetings.**

**Maximum hours - 40 hours per week**

**Security clearance - Must be able to obtain a Baseline, AU Citizen**

**Job Details**

The successful Program Coordinator will report directly to the Program Director. Key duties and responsibilities
- Provide program and project coordination support in complex environments.
- Management of program documentation, maintain registers (risks, issues, decisions, dependencies), and support governance meetings.
- Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and producing accurate minutes and action tracking.
- Management of multiple priorities

**Technical skills**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).

**Essential Criteria**
- Proven experience providing program and project coordination support in complex environments.
- Ability to manage program documentation, maintain registers (risks, issues, decisions, dependencies), and support governance meetings.
- Skilled in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and producing accurate minutes and action tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with program and project management frameworks and artefacts.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: $700.00 - $800.00 per day
