**The Role**:
We are looking for a full time Property Manager to join our growing team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing a premium portfolio of tightly geographically located properties, from end to end
- Knowledge of Property Tree not essential but preferred
- Organising maintenance, liaising with contractors, owners and tenants
- Ensuring all lease documentation is compliant and accurate
- Compiling property condition reports, final bond inspections and routine inspections
- Arranging and attending inspections/home opens
- Willing to work occasional weeknights or weekends, when needed for home opens

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing your own portfolio preferred
- Current PM Registration, driver’s license
- Ability to work autonomously and within a great team
- Organised and focused on client outcomes at all times
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal with the ability to develop and nurture relationships
- “Can do” attitude and professional presentation
