The Role

You'll play a key role in keeping our office running efficiently — assisting with everything from document preparation and system updates to reporting and contractor coordination.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Provide general administrative support to the property management team
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and property-related documentation
  • Maintain accurate property records and ensure consistent data entry across internal systems
  • Coordinate with external suppliers, contractors, and service providers for property maintenance and services
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, property owners, staff, and external stakeholders

What You Bring

  • 1+ year of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Clear and professional communication (written and verbal)
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to take initiative
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
