**The Role**

As State Manger, you will be responsible for the leadership, performance and direction of CHL’s housing services, asset management, maintenance and facilities delivery, and customer service across the State. You’ll play a pivotal role in nurturing stakeholder relationships, driving operational excellence, and contributing to the growth and renewal off our housing portfolio.

We are looking for a highly skilled, committed, passionate leader to take on the role of State Manager for Western Australia.

As the State Manager, you have ultimate leadership and responsibility for CHL’s housing and services and positioning the Organisation as an industry leader in the state.

You will also be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, enhancing these relationships, and developing new partnerships to ensure continued high-quality services are delivered to our diverse customers. You will also lead the State Management Team to ensure collaboration across all operational areas and actively participate in senior management group and contribute to organisational improvements and policy development.

**About You**

**Essential Criteria**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a senior manager in community or social services, property services or related private organisation or government department
- Thorough understanding of and clear commitment to best practice, policy & legislation in the housing sector
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Satisfactory Police, Working With Children’s Checks and NDIS worker screening

Please note that satisfactory police check is required for all staff and those with client related responsibilities are required to provide a NDIS and Working with Children Check (WWCC).
