Our client is a Real Estate Agency nestled in the vibrant community that is Subiaco. As the Senior Property Manager, you will lead a dedicated team, ensuring the seamless management of a hybrid portfolio while fostering strong tenant relationships and maximizing asset performance.   • Minimum 2 inspections per annum on all Perth properties
  • Attend all final bond inspections
  • Mentor and develop their assistant with the goal of transitioning them into a Junior PM role
  • Stay three months ahead on lease renewals
  • Maintain no more than 2% arrears
  • Confidently attend court and negotiate on an owners behalf
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and create agreements accordingly
  • Deliver excellent service to both tenants and landlords
  • The ability to create accurate and professional marketing
  • Work collaboratively and treat colleagues with respect, courtesy, and kindness
  • Ability to understand and use AI

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years as a Senior PM
  • Advanced Microsoft skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of IRE & Property Me
  • Consistent industry experience, with up-to-date knowledge of legislation changes
  • Team player comfortable in an open office environment
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a service-focused approach to both tenants and landlords
  • Self-starter with a hunger to learn and grow professionally
