REIWA is Western Australia's real estate institute. We exist to make the selling, leasing, and buying of property as simple as possible for all Western Australians. We are a membership organisation representing over 1,100 agencies and more than 80 per cent of operating real estate agents in WA.

REIWA offers a wide range of services:

- We represent the real estate industry in WA and lobby the Government on legislative change to maintain the health of our industry and ensure a good environment to buy, sell or rent property.
- We offer up-to-date market intelligence and advice on all aspects of the WA property market.
- We offer relevant training, events, and networking opportunities for agents.

Working within a collaborate and innovative team, the main responsibilities for this position include:

- Working closely with key internal stakeholders in marketing automation and CRM (Salesforce) management to deliver engaging marketing campaigns increasing member and public user engagement.
- Identifying areas of opportunities in accordance with REIWA’s strategy to increase member and public engagement through automation.
- Working with key stakeholders to maintain the REIWA members' site including content management.
- Working collaboratively within Digital Marketing team to deliver an integrated calendar of member events that enhances and promotes REIWA.
- Working with Digital Marketing Analyst to measure and report on performance for all digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
- Overseeing the management of REIWA’s social media engagement and performance

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualification in marketing, digital marketing or related business field.
- Marketing automation experience and designing and implementing customer journey maps.
- Experience within real estate or property industry portals. (desirable).
- An analytical approach to measuring campaign performance.
- Proven experience in digital marketing platforms (Google, Pardot) including marketing automation, as a key part of delivering and measuring marketing programs.
- Project management experience would be highly regarded.
- Previous experience managing CMS (preferably salesforce) platforms i.e. site design, content development and management, as well as on-going maintenance (preferred).
- Experience developing marketing campaigns across all media channels and working with external agencies.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
