**What’s the role?**

As Manager, Service Provider Governance, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our most critical service providers meet the highest standards of governance and risk compliance. You’ll support end-to-end risk assessments, lead governance planning, and provide expert guidance to stakeholders across the business. This is a full-time position based in Sydney, with flexible working arrangements to support your lifestyle.

**What do I need?**

We’re looking for someone who brings a strong mix of governance expertise and people skills. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

- Solid experience in service provider governance and risk management
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Clear and confident communication skills
- A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving

You’ll be joining a dynamic team within the Office of the Chief Resilience Officer—an area focused on building operational resilience across Westpac’s Australian and global operations.
