You will also play an important role in supporting senior executives, acting as a first point of contact, coordinating meetings and agendas, and preparing high-level documents and briefings. The role involves building strong relationships with stakeholders across government, industry and partner organisations, while maintaining effective office and information management systems.

You have a background in providing executive support, experience in grant administration and, ideally, knowledge of the screen or creative industries. You are confident managing competing priorities, working to tight deadlines, and handling sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism. Your ability to analyse complex information and respond calmly to emerging issues makes you a trusted point of support for senior leaders and stakeholders.

You have a solid understanding of government processes and how they connect with industry, alongside strong skills in organisation, writing and coordination. You can anticipate challenges, understand sector priorities, and prepare clear and informed advice, reports and correspondence. You work effectively with minimal supervision, while building constructive relationships that support both operational needs and the wider goals of Screen NSW.
