Governance Implementation Manager

RBA’s Future Hub organisational change transformation program seeks a highly skilled and experienced Implementation Manager who has experience in uplifting corporate or organisational governance practices, processes and policies. As a Governance Implementation Manager, you will support the Future Hub program manager with the delivery and execution of the RBA’s governance workstream.

This role works to support the stream leads for Board Governance and Internal Governance and works in alignment with other work streams, including FH Change team, to ensure effective workstream implementation planning in line with the change management plans.

Key Responsibilities- Governance delivery - assisting in the formulation and delivery of improved organisational governance artefacts and processes, including board and executive meeting documentation, accountability and delegation framework documents and governance processes- Implementation Planning - assist and collaborate with stream leads to define implementation activities and adopt FH program wide planning processes and practices.- Risk Management and Issue Resolution - support stream to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.- Continuous Improvement - promote a culture of continuous improvement within the Stream, encouraging feedback and implementing lessons learned to enhance future projects

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Essential_- Previous experience as an Implementation Manager or governance SME, ideally with experience with business environments that have high ambiguity and uncertainty- Understanding of project delivery contexts- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to adapt and flex and deal with ambiguity.- Strong understanding of change management and embedment needed to shift behaviours.- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Preferred_- Previous experience within government departments or government agencies- Experience in legal and corporate governance- Experience in supporting governance reviews and implementing governance frameworks in a project environment- Understanding of executive-level committees and delegations- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.- Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams- Relevant tertiary qualifications in law, governance or a related field- Project management experience will be highly regarded
