**About the Role**
In this role, you will oversee the validation, receipting, and processing of Contract or Supplier Invoices for the maintenance, Projects, and Refinery groups. You will work closely with the Cost Control Lead to identify cost-reduction opportunities, streamline processes, create financial modules, and enhance workforce productivity. Your focus will be on improving the accuracy and efficiency of monthly reporting requirements, ensuring effective cost management.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Validate all contractor claims and expenses to ensure accuracy and compliance with the Master Service Agreement (MSA).
- Service enters invoices in SAP and forward invoices for approval and payment in timely manner.
- Identify, track, and resolve disputed claim, items, costs, and hours worked.
- Manage the timely entry of work hours by contractors into the SAP system.
- Reconcile timesheet records to maintain accurate data.
- Identify issues and propose effective resolutions.
- Organize and lead monthly meetings with Contractor Administration to resolve issues.
- Provide data and analysis to support the Procurement team and the wider business.
- Review and improve existing cost control reports, processes, and systems.
- Address vendor inquiries related to invoices, payments, and business processes.
- Prepare and distribute monthly reports to all stakeholders.
- Provide support to the line manager in preparing month-end accruals and reports to ensure timely delivery.

- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, v-lookups)
- Extensive experience using SAP systems
- Excellent time management and adaptability in dynamic environments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Young, energetic, and enthusiastic about learning and growth
- Possesses strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and technical skills
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
