**What you will enjoy doing**
- You will support all areas of the business with an operational emphasis on cylinder & tanker deliveries, driver induction / recruitment, training & support and, scheduling
- Also, you will monitor and Manage transport costs, contractor performance and payments and, control and payment of payroll / agency labour hire
- Coordinate and control established standards of maintenance (including preventative maintenance) and breakdown programs on all delivery vehicles, will be part of your role
- As well as completing regular and random Inspections on cylinder trucks, tankers and any other vehicle used in a transport capacity on a routine basis to ensure that high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security are maintained
- Additionally, you will promote safety awareness and training through monthly driver safety meetings and monitoring the completion of all training objectives
