Wood is currently recruiting for an experienced Planning Support Officer to provide general administration, reporting and support for the planning team. This role reports directly to the Planning & Completions Superintendent at the Ampol Refinery in Brisbane, Australia

This is a new role to support the expansion and growth of the Planning team.

**The Role**

This is an exciting opportunity for a Planning Support Officer who can coordinate work plans, manage data information, and handle tasks with varying deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will ensure that administration and technical work plans, schedules and overall tasks are maintained and delivered efficiently daily.

**Planning Administration**
- Provide administrative support to the Planning Team, ensuring compliance reporting, auditing processes and record keeping requirements are maintained
- Manage Induction & Onboarding Process for contractors & vendors
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for maintenance efficiency and compliance
- Administer the Request for extension (RFE) database
- Compile and submit compliance reporting for contract, regulatory and system compliance
- Utilise CMMS and management platforms for document controls & distribution
- Conduct month end tasks, including EOL report, CMMS data integrity checks, Maintenance communication dashboarding etc.

**Cost Control Administration**
- Entering, validating, and forwarding invoices for approval and payment
- Creating purchase requisitions/addendums and new vendor requests
- Setting up SAP numbers for new contractor employees and updating Sipass.
- Conducting month-end tasks, including receiving contractor claims, performing validation checks, and compiling accruals sheets.

**Qualification/Skills**
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative or relevant role
- Experience in handling invoices, receipts, requests and discrepancies
- Previous experience in SAP PM module.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite Products
- A high level of interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
