Multiple APS4 & APS5 non-ongoing Project Officer positions available, commencing in July.

**Your new company**

A prominent Federal Government agency are seeking multiple Project Officers to assist with the preparation and readiness of their next major event.

**Your new role**

There are multiple roles available across different areas including:

- Agility
- Training
- Premises Management
- Procurement & Finance
- Logistics

The roles will be varied and no two days the same. Your responsibilities will include:

- Contributing to the design and identification of project components and timelines.
- Undertaking project activities, including resources, budgets, reporting and ensure that project tasks are delivered on time and meet the needs of the end user.
- Preparing tender documentation, contribute to the evaluation of proposals received from tenderers and prepare contract documentation.
- Contributing to the preparation of briefs and prepare other content in relation to the project for consideration by more senior staff.
- Other project management tasks to ensure readiness for the event (full PD available on request)

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated understanding of project management methodologies and experience in delivering within a project framework.
- Knowledge and experience in delivering and/or overseeing corporate governance activities.
- Knowledge and experience in successfully setting priorities and delivering quality results on time.
- Ability to prepare written work that is well constructed and adapted to the needs of the audience.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively whilst responding to stakeholder needs and expectations across a geographically dispersed network.
- Australian Citizenship
- Political neutrality
