**Your new role**
In your new role you will be responsible for:
Office Co-ordination
- Welcoming guests in the office
- Be the liaison between org and stakeholders
- Coordinate and facilitate internal social and community activities including team meetings, end of month events, annual offsite etc
- Assist team members prepare documents and presentations for events
- Be responsible for onboarding new starters
Project Support, Admin and Coordination
- Ensure the internal project governance process is being followed including monitoring of project milestones
- Diary and travel management - including booking, scheduling and prioritising internal and external commitments
- Assist supporting project teams with tasks such as reports, client management and communications
- Deliver high-quality outputs and outcomes alongside project teams
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Energetic self-starter who can self-manage
- Well-developed problem-solving
- Excellent attention to detail and prioritisation
- Strong interpersonal and polished communication skills
- A strong contributor to positive culture and vibe of the office
- 2-4 years’ experience within admin or coordination role
