- Promoting a safety mindset and ensuring compliance with internal regulations, standard operating procedures, and local legislation
- Planning, organizing, and monitoring logistics operations, ensuring clear responsibilities and timely processes
- Assisting your manager with recruitment, retention, performance management, succession planning, and team development
- Providing active support and coaching to your team, fostering their growth and success
- Completing quality processes and tasks to ensure availability of goods to our valued customers

**What you'll get in return**
- This is a permanent full-time role.
- Availability to work from 05:00AM - 2:00PM on weekdays and alternating fortnightly weekend shifts (both Saturday and Sunday) is required, 9 working days in a fortnight.
- Forklift license may be required if successful in the role.
