**Your Impact**

We’re looking for a reliable and people-focused **Warehouse Team Leader** to support our warehouse operations at **Prospect**. In this hands-on role, you’ll lead a team of voice pickers and forklift drivers, helping coordinate daily tasks and keeping operations running safely and smoothly.

You’ll be a key support on the floor—motivating your team, managing basic workflow, and promoting a strong safety culture. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior experience leading a team, who’s ready to take the next step in their development within a supportive team environment.

**Please note**: This role is on a 24/5 roster on Afternoon shift (2pm - 10pm).

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead a small team of operators to complete daily warehouse tasks efficiently and safely
- Coordinate shift priorities and adjust to workflow changes as needed
- Provide guidance to new or casual team members, including basic training
- Monitor team performance and support a positive, productive team culture
- Encourage safe work practices and ensure hazards are reported and addressed
- Support basic system updates in SAP and Excel (training provided)

**About You**

You’re a hands-on leader who understands how to get the best from your team through consistency and support.
- Previous experience in people leadership or supervisory role, ideally within warehousing or logistics
- A team-first attitude with strong communication skills
- Confidence in managing performance and supporting your team day-to-day
- A safety-first mindset and willingness to lead by example
- Forklift licence is a bonus (or willingness to obtain)
- Exposure to SAP or Excel is helpful, but not essential
