**Your new company**
Your new company has a global presence in the manufacture & distribution of sporting equipment. Located in South Sydney, they are seeking a passionate and personable Warehouse Supervisor to join their team on the day shift on a permanent basis.

**Your new role**
As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible for daily warehouse operations, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and productivity. You will be leading a team of 4-7 warehouse staff, with the objective of overseeing and performing the movement of products in the warehouse as well as coordinating the dispatch and transport of these goods. Your duties will include:

- Actively participate in the development & improvement of current processes within the warehouse
- Manage the receipt of incoming stock
- Managing the distribution of products following quality checking procedures, including organizing transport for deliveries and pick-ups.
- Ensure inventory is maintained to a high standard, including regular stock counts and reports

**What you'll need to succeed**
As a successful Warehouse Supervisor, you will have previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader, as well as the following:

- A proven record in leading small-medium sized teams
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to enable you to effectively lead your team and ensure productivity
- Proficient in the use of Warehouse Management Systems
- SAP experience preferred
- A valid Forklift license is beneficial
