Hotel Guest Services Extraordinaire - Casual or Permanent Part-time Position The Hougoumont Hotel is a modern, boutique hotel located in the center of Fremantle. We are currently seeking a real enthusiast, experienced, friendly, outgoing, and highly customer service-orientated Guest Extraordinaire Services Agents to join our Fun-tastic Team. We need you if you are eager to grow a career in the most enjoyable industry, in a Fantastic working environment We need you if you are interested in multitasking The role will report directly to the General Manager and be accountable for, but not limited to, the following key areas: Duties - Providing exceptional customer service on Reception during check-in, check-out, and throughout every hotel guest's in-house stay. - Assist with and run our simple 'Tea & Toast' breakfast service, as well as any other tasks that may be needed to be performed in order to guarantee a 5 star service. - Attending to Guest requests efficiently and effectively, constantly striving to provide Total Customer Satisfaction. Skills & experience - Previous experience within a 4 or 5-Star hospitality environment will be highly regarded - Willingness to go "above and beyond" when assisting guests. - Team-oriented and able to work under pressure. - Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal. - Be analytical and possess an eye for detail. - Flexibility and availability to work mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends are essential. - Approved Manager highly regarded **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual Part-time hours: 20 per week **Salary**: $27.00 - $39.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Employee discount Schedule: - Afternoon shift - Day shift - Evening shift - Flexible hours - Morning shift - Public holidays - Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: - Bonus - Penalty rates Ability to commute/relocate: - Fremantle, WA 6160: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - Guest Service: 1 year (preferred) Work Authorisation: - Australia (preferred) Shift availability: - Day Shift (preferred) - Night Shift (preferred) - Overnight Shift (preferred)
