We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences and top-notch property care.As we expand our portfolio ,we’re looking to an enthusiastic and detail orientated Airbnb Property Co-ordinator to join our team.

Are you passionate about hospitality and property management ? Do you have a knack for creating memorable guest experiences and a keen eye for property maintenance? If so, we want you on our team As our Airbnb Property Co -ordinator, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring they are always guest ready and delivering outstanding service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Guest Relations: Manage guest enquiries and check ins/outs. Provide a warm welcome and ensure guests have a smooth and enjoyable stay.

2. Property Maintenance : Coordinate regular maintenance and repairs to ensure everything is in top condition.. Beneficial if you have some basic skills such as globe changes, screwing items back on etc.

3. Cleaning and Turnover : Oversee our cleaning team and ensure properties are thoroughly cleaned and prepared between guests stays.

4. Problem Resolution: Address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Strive for solutions to exceed guest expectations.

5. Local Knowledge : Provide guests with local recommendations and insider tips to enhance their Fremantle experience.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in property management or accommodation hospitality preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using property management software and online booking platforms
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings ( call-outs ), and holidays if necessary.
- A valid drivers license and access to a reliable car
