This company handles all aspects from designing and crafting their clients print and signage needs from idea conception, to manufacturing, installing, and maintaining the signage and associated equipment. **Position**

The position of Sales Manager is now available in the Sydney office.

You will be responsible for managing and growing the existing internal and external sales team, ensuring that continued revenue targets are achieved through business development activities and effective account relationship management.

You will play a hands-on role in the sales team, driving business opportunities and taking on key accounts for NSW. Ultimately, we are looking for a true sales leader, someone who can demonstrate the best practices for sales and account management and who can train and mentor a high performing team.

On offer is a generous salary package negotiable on experience + uncapped commission.

You must be able to demonstrate both the ability to manage and grow relationships, as well as the ability to strategically prospect for new clients in a variety of industry segments.

Sales management experience is also a key requirement, however we are also open to a natural leader ready to take the next step up in their sales career.

We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven professional who has genuine ambition about high earnings and career advancement.
