
Taubmans Brand Manager

**Key Responsibilities**
- In conjunction with the Marketing Manager, develop and implement the marketing plan for Taubmans and PPG Paints within trade/professional channels to achieve Net Sales, Share and Profitability targets.
- Contribute to the development of a 3-year strategic plan for the brand portfolio.
- Keep abreast of paint market trends and competitors, ensuring awareness of activities and programs.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, aligning marketing strategies with sales plans.
- Develop and implement promotion and advertising activities for Taubmans targeted toward the trade/professional audience.
- Monitor stock levels, obsolescence risks, and participate in regular product review meetings.
- Review sales performance regularly, recommending changes in pricing and product mix.
**Requirements**:
- A tertiary qualification within either Marketing/Commerce/Business/Arts/Law is essential.
- Minimum 5 years marketing or brand management experience in a B2B capacity with proven record of achievement. FMCG preferred.
- Comfortable with all marketing disciplines including working closely with creative, design, digital & media agencies to develop outstanding advertising creative and media programs.
- A detailed understanding of the Australian and New Zealand trade/professional industry for architectural coatings is preferred.
- Solid commercial understanding and experience including the ability to provide insights into competitors and commercial strategies and activities.
