**About the Role**

We’re looking for a highly organised, enthusiastic **Marketing Coordinator** to join our dynamic ANZ Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to learn, grow, and get hands-on experience across a variety of marketing functions.

The Marketing Coordinator will provide day-to-day administrative support to the Head of Marketing and broader marketing team while also working on smaller-scale brand, digital, activation and portfolio projects. No two days are the same in this fast-paced role — it's perfect for someone who’s eager to be part of a collaborative, creative and commercially focused environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including PO creation, invoice processing, supplier setup, arranging product, meeting coordination and budget tracking.
- Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing activities across digital, brand, portfolio and activation teams to support brand strategies and objectives, across trade and retail.
- Support with content and copy when required across internal comms, websites and digital platforms in collaboration with the digital team.
- Help coordinate and report on brand activations, events, and trade shows.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including agencies, suppliers and retail partners.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports and marketing materials.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activity and assets.
- Provide general support across marketing projects as needed, gaining exposure to various areas of the business.
- Provide general assistance and other marketing tasks as required and determined by the Head of Marketing, gaining exposure to various areas of the business.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or working towards one).
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar marketing support or coordination role (preferred, not essential).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office; experience with social media platforms is a bonus.
