A career at DuluxGroup means becoming a part of our exciting growth journey and working with us to _Imagine a Better Place_ Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager - Cabot’s, you will be responsible to manage a variety of marketing activities across the Cabot’s, Timber Protect by British Paints and Accent retail portfolio. Your key responsibilities will include: - Strategic brand management of the Timber Protect by British Paints and Accent Woodcare ranges, including data and consumer insights, brand strategy, marketing activities and innovation pipeline. - Support marketing activities required across the wider Cabot’s portfolio. Develop and execute plans to engage field sales team, customer and consumer segments. - Coordinate the CPWB training agenda including the development and maintenance of training courses, materials and digital programs, CRM integration and reporting. - Manage the CPWB brand presence for key customer events throughout the year, such as the Bunnings Expo, Bunnings Roadshow, IHG Expo, Inspirations Expo as well as key internal events such as the annual Cabot’s conference. **What you will bring and develop**: You are energetic, positive and have ‘can-do’ attitude. You will need the ability to work independently and proactively with a diverse group of stakeholders including internal management, marketing and sales teams and external creative agencies.
