**About the Division**
Business Services focuses on:
- compliance with department policies
- managing end-to-end procurement and financial and recruitment processes for branches
- optimising business support processes by identifying opportunities for improvements through change management practices.
Our purpose:
- implement procurement, financial and HR policy efficiency and compliance
- provide procurement, financial and people services to all IMTD branches
- support the Division with change management and communication activities to establish and embed new ways of working
- optimise processes in business support areas.
**About the Role**
Are you ready to play a pivotal role in shaping a high-performing workforce? We're on the lookout for a motivated Workforce Capability Officer to join our Business Services Branch within the Information Management and Technology Division (IMTD). This is more than a job - it's your chance to make a lasting impact on how we attract, manage, and develop top talent.
In this exciting role, you'll work at the heart of our recruitment and workforce planning efforts, partnering with people leaders and key stakeholders to drive compliance, champion continuous improvement, and deliver excellence across the division.
Reporting to the Manager, Workforce Capability Services, you'll support end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring alignment with HR policies, public sector merit principles, and strategic goals. Your days will be filled with variety - from maintaining accurate records and generating insightful workforce reports to supporting talent management initiatives that shape the future of our division.

**Desirable**Qualifications and Experience**
- Strong understanding of VPS recruitment processes and HR policy compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Visio, Excel, and Word.
